In implementing the supportive social services component, the Foundation relies on the case management methodology, which is based on the efficient and effective management of the allocated resources, regardless of their source, with the aim of improving the living conditions of the targeted poor families and achieving their independence and ability to self-reliance to provide all requirements that make all family members live with dignity and dignity. The intervention is either to enhance the capabilities of the empowered families, with whom the supportive social services intervention is a supportive element through an integrated and comprehensive targeting that enhances the opportunity for the sustainability of the economic empowerment intervention so that other family needs are not an obstacle to the family’s economic independence. One of the most important needs in this field is the preparation, training and qualification of the human resource candidate for economic empowerment, or needs in the field of health, education and housing for the person on whom the empowerment is based or for his/her family members. Poor families may also be targeted to respond to urgent problems and challenges that must be met. These families may not be able to be empowered and from the lists or nominations of the Ministry of Social Development.
