Forsa Program

The Economic Empowerment Program for Vulnerable Groups, especially Youth and Women in the Jerusalem Governorate (Forsa), in partnership with the Volunteering for Hope Association, is a three-year program that started in May 2023. The budget for the first year (2023–2024) was $242,532.8, with $131,836 allocated for continued activities in 2024. The program targets Jerusalemites living inside the separation wall, including camps within Jerusalem and several Bedouin villages. The targeted groups include at-risk youth, young women from poor and socially and economically marginalized families, and female-headed poor households.
