Volunteering for Hope

The Jerusalem Female Entrepreneurs Empowerment Project is an initiative aimed at empowering 30 female entrepreneurs in Jerusalem who own small businesses, most of which are home-based, where production takes place at home. These women promote their products through bazaars organized in Jerusalem or via social media. Many of these women come from families facing difficult economic conditions, and their businesses need development to generate better income for their families to meet life’s demands. The project was implemented over the years 2022/2023 in partnership with the Jerusalem-based Volunteering for Hope Association, with funding of $118,415.
